FAQs
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FROM HERE?
One of our attorneys will call you at the phone number you submitted, typically within three hours or the morning of the next business day if you submitted in the afternoon. We will speak with you about your trademark and promptly file it with the USPTO.
WHAT IS YOUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?
If you selected any package but the basic package, we will refund the attorney fees portion of your money if your trademark does not ultimately issue by the USPTO after we respond to any office actions. We will conduct a cursory clearance search before filing. If we come to believe your mark is unlikely to issue, we will call you and refund all fees paid without filing (including the attorney fees and filing fees).
WHAT IS YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION?
Our contact information is shown to the left and on our contact us page here. Please contact us with any questions which you have. Our phone number is 888-941-9933.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY TRADEMARK TO ISSUE AFTER FILING?
Typically, trademarks are examined 12 weeks after filing by an examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). During Covid, however, the backlog of trademarks grew and we are seeing most trademarks taking six months to be examined. Once the trademark is examined and allowed, it must publish in the Gazette to give other parties a chance to oppose it before it is registers. Typically, trademarks will issue 11 weeks after publishing. There is no way to speed up this process, but after filing, you have a trademark pending and other parties will be unable to take the same trademark from you by also filing with the USPTO.
